About the Author
Louis C. Gapenski, PhD, is a professor of health services administration at the University of Florida with a specialization in corporate and healthcare finance. He is the author of 30 textbooks on corporate and healthcare finance. His books are used worldwide and include Canadian and international editions as well as translations in eight languages. He has published 40 journal articles related to corporate and healthcare finance and is active in several professional associations
George H. Pink, PhD, is the Humana Distinguished Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, Gillings School of Global Public Health, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and is a Senior Research Fellow at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research at the university. Prior to receiving a doctorate in corporate finance, he spent ten years in health services management, planning, and consulting.

A terrific resource book that i'll keep!

For a textbook, this was a good book! At the right level to engage, push, and learn from. The examples and text were supportive of the work being covered and assisted in understanding the subject.
Spend the time to read, review, and walk thru the examples and you'll master the subject.

terrible topic, poorly written and not at all any "help" to an already confusing and complex subject. DISLIKE.

terrible product and does not offer the guidance with the specific finance related questions/concepts that are needed.
finance is a complex subject and students need straight-forward formulas with explanations and rationale, not lengthy stories covering bits and pieces of the concept.
