Essential Study Material for the ARE

I have been working in the architecture field for several years and am taking the Architectural Registration Exams (ARE) in the hope of becoming a registerd architect. This text (in any of it's editions) is essential study material for the exams. The handbook is listed as reference material on the NCARB produced study guides for the exams.
This was also a textbook of mine in college. Since it cost so much, I borrowed it for the semester. The prof. let us slide through without reading it thoroughly. Reading through the different chapters now either backs up what my experience in the field has taught me, or reveals new insights into what I didn't understand before.

This is a great handbook and reference for the architect. I graduated architecture school in 2004 and was required to get this book for professional practice class. I still have my copy after all these years and I still reference it.
